You've just bought private label content and are excited about its potential.
Since you've paid a good amount of money for this content, you want to get the
maximum profit out of it. The easiest way to do this is to take advantage of the
fact that it is yours is to spin the content into something that is completely
your own. In other words, rather than trying to sell the generic content, you
should first tweak it to make it more original before selling it. Sound like a
complicated process? It's really not, particularly if you follow our steps on
quickly rewriting private label content.
Quickly Rewriting Private Label Content
In another article, we talked in depth about how
rewriting private label content
can help you to make a lot more money. We also briefly went over the steps
toward rewriting this content, and while that may have been sufficient for some,
it's not always for others. In fact, if you're a beginner to internet marketing,
you probably were confused about how to rewrite private label content. That's
why we're going to cover it very thoroughly here.
Step 1: Observation
It's a bad idea to just jump into the rewriting process without first really
reading the content. You need to read the content several times so that you can
get a firm grasp for it. Yes, this can be a difficult task for those who don't
feel like reading a 100+ page ebook several times, but trust us, you must do
this if you wish to really utilize the potential of the content. Besides, if it
is difficult for you to read the content, that can be a good indication that the
content is flawed, which tells you right away that it needs to be fixed. So read
through it several times, or however many times it takes you to get a good feel
for what you're reading.
Step 2: Research
Now it's time for the most important part of the process: research. This doesn't
have to be a time consuming thing; just a few hours of research time will be
plenty. You should use Google to identify similar articles and ebooks. Read
those and see how your content differs. Does the other content contain crucial
information which your content does not? Do you feel like the other content is
better than yours? What parts are better?
Step 3: Ideas
In the previous step, you researched other content and saw how yours compared to
it. Now, using this information, you can come up with some ideas for how to
better your content. Like we've said before, right your ideas down on a piece of
paper. Come with a list of 5-10, and then narrow that down to 2-3 ideas. Focus
on using those to make your content better.
Step 4: Rewrite
Using all of your research and ideas, you can now rewrite the articles. When
doing this, you'll want to make sure you incorporate everything you want to.
Keep that list of ideas right by you and figure out where in the content you
want to put those in. If you're keeping much of the original content, you'll
want to make sure the additions keep with the flow. If not, just take some time
to move things around so that it is all in a logical order. If you're short on
time, you might want to consider hiring a writer to rewrite the content for you.
Step 5: Review
Read the new content all the way through a few times. Does it look and read
better than before? If so, you've done a great job of rewriting your private
label content. If not, just revise it more and you should come up with a great
piece of content that will sell well.
