- Offer A Guarantee – If you offer people a guarantee for your product it shows them that you stand behind your product and believe in it. Sometimes offering a guarantee can mean the difference between getting a sale and losing it.
- Get BBB Approval – This may be one of the most important things that you can do. Simply submit your product or service to the BBB and apply for a seal of approval. Many consumers take this seal of approval as a sign that the company is legit and that they don’t have to be afraid of making a purchase through it.
These three simple things can greatly help in establishing your credibility online.
