"Full Master Resale Rights - License
Agreement"
You can sell access to the course online.
You can create a 'print' version of the course for
resale - instead of the online version OR both.
You can sell the Resale Rights of the course (either
the online or the off line format or both formats) to
your customers. That means: Your customers can resell
the course. The customers of your customers cannot
resell the course.
You keep all the profits on each sale. There are ZERO
royalty payments due to us ever.
You may 'brand' the course using your own logo and
design.
The "License" you own gives you the ability to sell
rights on 3 levels. They are best illustrated this
way:
Level 1: You. You own a "License". As a
Licensee you can transfer the Master Resale Rights or Basic Resell Rights to your
customers. This means you have the resale rights and the
ability to resell a) the access to the course or the
printed/CD version of the course b) the right to
resell the "Resale Rights" of this course to your
customers.
Level 2: Your customers. Your
customers can have Master Resale Rights, which means
they have the rights and ability to resell the "Resale
Rights" to this course to their customers.
Level 3: Your Customers' customers. Your Customers' customers will have "Basic
Resale Rights" which means they can sell access to this
course and still keep 100% of the profits on the tuition
fees. They can sell ACCESS to the course (because they
have 'resale rights to the course') but they cannot pass
on the Resale Rights to their customers
You may sell the print or CD/DVD version and
MASTER RIGHTS to the course and STILL keep 100% of the
profits on every unit sold. In addition, you may brand the course with your logo, name etc.
The only thing you may not do is change the copyright
at the end of each lesson or the products that are
copyrighted by David Vallieres, however if you have
made considerable changes (by editing additional material) to the
lessons only you may add your name to the copyright such
as
"(c) 2004 by David Vallieres and YOUR
NAME. All rights reserved."
You may not resell the course's materials
"You Can! Make Your Living Online" in an ebook
(an ebook is defined as a 'compiled' digital product
that is 'downloaded' to a customers computer.
You are Licensed to sell access to the course as a
Licensee on a website ONLY in a secure area of the site
or as a 'physically delivered' product. In other words
the area in which you allow your customers access to
these Lessons must be password protected or you
must sell it as a 'print' product delivered to your
customer through the postal services. Alternatively you
may sell it on a CD or DVD as long as the End
User Agreement does not allow wholesale copying or free
distribution of the CD or DVD. Most products are
instantly devalued when offered as an 'ebook' so this
restriction protects your investment and it's relatively
easy to identify violators. Violators will be dealt with
swiftly and prosecuted to the fullest extend of the
law.
You may, of course, sell this course
anyway you want, other than the "ebook" restriction
above, including establish your own affiliate program to
help you sell Master Resale Rights and access to the
course, etc. In other words there are no restrictions
in the way the course is marketed. The only restrictions
are how the course is delivered.
The
following restriction applies to you and your customers,
if you sell it with Master Rights: You may not give away free access to the course (except for "trial"
subscriptions) however, it may be "bundled" with other
products as part of a "package" - the course does not
have to be the primary product and you can add
additional bonuses to it as you see fit.
The determination of the suitability for you for this
product is your responsibility. If you decide to
purchase a License you agree to hold harmless David
Vallieres, InfoProductLab.com, ResellRightsProfessional.com and
all copyrights holders of this product.
You may freely copy parts of this agreement to
include in your offer to your customers when selling
Master Rights.
Limits and Guarantee
As you are probably aware, the course is 7 weeks
long, one Lesson is delivered to students once each week,
however you can grant access to them all at once if you
desire as long as it is in a password protected
directory on your web site or in print form. You will
not automatically receive updates to this course, if any
become available. You will only be notified of updates
if you request them. Updates may or may not be free. The
course may make reference to "personal coaching
sessions" however personal coaching is not included with
these rights and is not transferable to your customers.
If you offer 'personal coaching' it will be your
responsibility to fulfill those requests.
We
cannot guarantee you will make as much as Dave Vallieres
has selling access to the course, and we cannot
guarantee you will make any money at all. We cannot
determine your skill level, determination or the 100
other factors that contribute to your success.
You may sell it at any price you want depending on your
offer and how you package this course, however we kindly
request that you do not sell it for less than $197.
We suggest that you sell the Master Resale Rights
for $395 to $695, once again depending on your offer, and
Resale Rights for $297 to $497. These are suggested
prices only.
Like said, you may not give away (free) access, it
must be sold and you cannot sell it as an
"ebook". Other than that you may sell it 100% online
or you may sell it as a 'print' product or both. There
are no other restrictions to the License that have not
been fully disclosed in this agreement.
This section constitutes the entire agreement for
the Licensing of this product. This agreement is not a
warranty of any kind. By your act of purchasing this
License you consent to the terms of this agreement. Any
violations of the agreement will immediately terminate
and void your License without refund or recourse. There
is no refund once you have purchased a License.
You may sell or transfer your License to another entity
or individual at any time ONLY with prior permission.
Please contact us first before selling or transferring
your License to another individual.
As a Licensee you receive:
- A download link to all current Lessons, Bonuse materials
and sales copy
- A template you can use to offer the resale
rights to your customers.
- Templates of 7 webpages you can use for
offering the lessons to your student.
- A "Lifetime" (no expiration) License that
authorizes you to sell access to the course and a copy
of this Agreement
- A digital copy of the "Masters of
Copywriting" manual with a Re-Print License for
this course as a stand-alone product.
- The "Extras" including:
a) "Fail Faster For Success" special report with give away rights
b) "Turn Content Into Cash" special reports volume 1, 2 and 3 with private label rights.
- Bonus sales materials: email minicourse, ready-to-upload trial lesson 1, sales page with ready-made subscription form.
The cost for the Full Master Resale License is an
one time fee of $497.00 $267.00
